Shipping Information
All in-stock (on-hand) orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
For items that are not currently on hand, your order will be fulfilled directly from our manufacturer. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery on these items.
Please note that payment processing times may vary depending on your payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Orders will begin processing once payment has been successfully received and cleared.
Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
However, if there is an extenuating issue with your order, please contact us with details. Our team will review your case and determine if it qualifies for a resolution, which may include store credit at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Any customer who files a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be permanently banned from shopping with us.
Shipping Liability
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once your package has left our facility.
